How to properly maintain the battery, charger and generator after using the Topxgun FP600 drones? Please read this blog and follow the steps to perform daily drone maintenance.

Battery

1. Wipe the surface of the battery and the residues on the panel with a damp cloth.

2. Check for any signs of impact on the battery. If there are severe dents or uneven surfaces, check if the battery cells are damaged or leaking. Replace the battery promptly if the cells are damaged or swollen, and dispose of old batteries properly.

3. Inspect the battery clip. Replace it promptly if damaged.

4. Check if the LED lights on the panel are functioning correctly and if the switch operates properly. Contact after-sales service for repair if there are any abnormalities.

5. Clean the battery slot with alcohol wipes. Do not wash with water. Remove copper rust and burn marks. For severe damage such as copper plate destruction or melting, contact service center for assistance.

Charger

1. Wipe the appearance of the charger and check if the connecting wires are damaged. Repair or replace them promptly if damaged.

2. Check if the charging port shows signs of burning or burn marks. Clean it with alcohol wipes. Replace severely damaged parts.

3. Check the charger's cooling vents for dust and clean them with a cloth.

4. If there is excessive dust, remove the charger's outer cover and blow off the dust using a hairdryer.

Generator

1. Check the oil level every 3 months and add or replace oil as needed.

2. Clean the air filter regularly. It is recommended to clean it every 2-3 months.

3. Inspect the spark plug every six months, remove carbon deposits, and replace the spark plug annually.

4. Calibrate and adjust the valve clearance once a year. This operation should be performed by a professional.

5. If not used for an extended period, drain the fuel tank and carburetor before storage.
