Spreading System Maintenance
1. Flush the material tank with clean water, using a brush to remove any fertilizer residue.
2. Remove the reduction motor and take out the roller for cleaning with dish soap and a hard bristle brush.
3. Use a rust remover on the reduction motor drive shaft, disassembly shaft, transmission shaft, and bearings. After spraying, wipe them clean and apply grease to keep them lubricated and rust-free.
Spraying System Maintenance
1. Remove the pressure nozzles, nozzle filter, or the upper and lower centrifugal discs of the centrifugal nozzles, as well as the inlet and outlet filter of the pesticide tank. Soak them in water and use a brush and dish soap to clean off pesticide residues.
2. Fill the pesticide tank with soapy water and use a brush to clean the pesticide residues inside and outside of the tank. Then pour out the dirty water. Make sure to wear silicone protective gloves to prevent pesticide corrosion.
3. Fill the tank with soapy water again, turn on the remote controller, power up the drone, and click the spray button to spray out all the water. This will thoroughly clean the water pump, flow meter, and pipelines.
4. Refill with clean water and spray it all out, repeating several times until the pipeline is thoroughly clean and the water has no odor.
5. For drones with high usage and more than one year of service, check the water pipes for damage or aging and replace them promptly if needed.
